About The Position

Special Events Coordinator is responsible for the events that L&F Distributors has sponsorship. There needs to be a lot of coordination and planning involved for the events.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in sales and marketing.
  • Must be execution oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

  • Visit all assigned accounts for distribution of POS, coasters, table tents, etc.
  • In charge of logistics and equipment and personnel.
  • Schedule inventory and maintenance of equipment.
  • Present to General Manager all donations.
  • Monthly and weekly reports for events.
  • Set-up of stage with set-up crew.
  • Make sure all banners, snow fencing, POS items are in place.
  • Schedule the work rotation of employees.
  • Ensure availability or the appropriate PPG items are available for distribution.
  • Maintain all schedules, reports and information as required by AB and management.
  • Know event owner/manager/key personnel by name.
