About The Position
Mill Creek Academy is seeking a Special Education Teacher to serve students in grades K4–6 in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The position provides specially designed instruction tailored to each student’s needs arising from their disability. Services may include resource room instruction, inclusion, and/or pullout services. The teacher participates in professional development focused on special education curriculum and data-tracking tools. NHA will support candidates pursuing alternative certification.
Requirements
- Hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide specially designed instruction to meet the individual needs of students with disabilities through resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout services.
- Participate in professional development focused on special education curriculum and data-tracking tools.
