About The Position

Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring Special Education teachers to join our growing High School this year. The role will follow a push-in/ pull-out model, supporting Special Education Students in Math Classes at the High School. TOH or TOSD Certification required. Mathematics Certification/ Experience preferred and may be required. Special Education Certified teachers are eligible for a $3,000 bonus! Certified Math teachers are eligible for a $7,500 bonus! Base Salary SY26/27: $70,000- $100,000 Plus several bonus, stipend, and raise opportunities! Hours: 7:15-3:05, Monday-Friday. Requirements

• Must hold a New Jersey Department of Education CE, Limited CE, CEAS or Standard Certificate in Special Education.
• TOH or TOSD Certification required.

• Mathematics Certification/ Experience preferred and may be required.
