About The Position

Candor is hiring Special Education Teachers who want to focus on what matters most: supporting students. You’ll work alongside campus teams to provide individualized instruction, implement IEPs, support student progress, and help create a classroom environment where students can succeed.

Requirements

• Texas Special Education EC–12 Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or related field
• Working knowledge of IEPs, ARDs, IDEA, and special education compliance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction based on student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Participate in ARD meetings
• Track progress and maintain required documentation
• Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior supports
• Collaborate with teachers, paras, families, and related service providers
