About The Position

SAFA Recruiters work with the Talent Acquisition team to assist in the recruitment and selection of Endeavor’s future new flight attendants. They represent the Endeavor Air brand, initiatives, and goals, promoting the company to flight attendant candidates. SAFA Recruiters share valuable information and knowledge with candidates in accordance with employment law, following recruiting principles and processes. They will complete training on the flight attendant hiring and selection process. Assignments are week to week, subject to change based on operational needs, and require availability to work in MSP for one week at a time. The position may require travel to recruiting events. SAFA Recruiters will receive per diem, hotel accommodations, and positive space travel when applicable. Travel to/from events and hotel accommodations will be coordinated by Inflight Services. When representing Endeavor at Hiring Events, SAFA Recruiters must be in uniform and in compliance with our 'Professional Appearance Requirements for Flight Attendants'.

Requirements

• Current, active Flight Attendant at Endeavor Air with at least one year of active line operation experience as a Flight Attendant at Endeavor.
• No active discipline and a minimum average customer service score of 4.3 over the past six months.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, evaluate, and identify high-potential candidates for Flight Attendant positions through behavioral interviewing, competency-based assessment, candidate screening, and sound hiring judgment.
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced team environment.
• Change work direction as the job requires.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including verbal, written and listening.
• Public speaking and group presentation skills required.
• Comfortable working with and communicating professionally to all levels of the organization, individually and in a group setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Webex and other web-based recruiting tools; ability to use a laptop.
• Maintain subject matter expertise and adherence to Endeavor Air and Inflight Services policies and procedures related to safety, employment, and the flight attendant position.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Aviation and/or other relevant industry preferred.
• 1+ years’ Human Resources or recruitment and selection experience in aviation or customer service related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract high quality candidates to Endeavor Air by providing information and answers about the company and flight attendant position at recruitment events.
• Screen applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and determine their suitability for selection into the Flight Attendant learning program in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
• Provide feedback on the flight attendant selection process to contribute to continuous program development and improvement.
• Ability to accurately explain the flight attendant position and corporate benefits package.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Representatives to coordinate recruiting activities, interview schedules, and hiring timelines.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Coordinators throughout the candidate lifecycle, from application through onboarding.
• Assist with Hiring Event set up and coordination during the event.
• Perform additional functions as assigned.
