• Represent a global tech-driven aviation leader by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient communication.
• Assist travelers with technical navigation of the airline’s booking platforms and mobile applications.
• Resolve high-priority passenger inquiries, ensuring excellence in service recovery and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with airport operations teams to manage real-time updates and flight schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our high-tech aviation CRM systems.
