Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer support to financial clients, addressing queries with precision and professionalism.
• Manage sensitive financial accounts while adhering to international banking and data security regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on financial products and services, acting as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking markets.
• Identify client needs and escalate complex financial issues to the relevant internal banking teams.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in documentation and transaction records to ensure institutional compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client experience by providing feedback to the finance leadership team.
• Collaborate with international colleagues in our Athens hub to maintain consistent financial service standards.
