Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Proven interest in technology or the cybersecurity industry, with a passion for digital safety.
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to customer support.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, to take on one of our premier Danish-speaking jobs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients requiring assistance with cybersecurity software and threat protection tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital security, firewall configurations, and antivirus software protocols.
• Provide clear, actionable advice to help users maintain a secure digital footprint and understand cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain detailed case records within our CRM systems to track security trends and customer interaction history.
• Collaborate with international cybersecurity teams to resolve high-priority security inquiries effectively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating users on product updates and new security feature releases.
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture by meeting performance metrics consistently within the cybersecurity sector.
