• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate software problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for users navigating advanced search engine software platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex technical inquiries related to software algorithms, indexing, and UI functionality.
• Collaborate with internal software development teams to report recurring bugs and enhance user experience.
• Maintain high-level documentation of technical support cases to streamline future software deployments.
• Educate clients on the latest search engine features and software best practices to optimize their performance.
