Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit to reside in Greece.
• Strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for the Information Technology sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills tailored to technical support environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional on-site setting in Athens.
• Experience in customer-centric roles or technical support is considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical assistance to users of Microsoft products and services within the IT sector.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software inquiries, ensuring optimal performance for all end-users.
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving IT solutions and cloud technologies to offer accurate, industry-leading guidance.
• Execute professional communication in Danish to resolve technical tickets efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical product issues.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by delivering premium service in a professional, empathetic manner.
• Document all interactions and technical resolutions in our internal IT tracking systems.
