Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or technical sales within the Information Technology (IT) industry.
• Strong understanding of software as a service (SaaS) or enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Greece is mandatory for all applicants.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing high-level stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B leads within the Information Technology (IT) sector, specifically targeting the Spanish-speaking market.
• Conduct strategic outreach to C-level executives and IT decision-makers to present bespoke technology solutions.
• Perform consultative sales demonstrations of complex IT software, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation tools.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
• Negotiate contracts and provide customized technical proposals that meet the evolving needs of modern businesses.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams in Greece to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing sophisticated CRM tools and data-driven selling techniques.
