About The Position

TLC Creative Solutions is hiring fluent Spanish-speaking, licensed health insurance agents for the upcoming Affordable Care Act (ACA) Open Enrollment Season. Agents will help Spanish-speaking consumers navigate health insurance options and complete enrollments through high-volume inbound calls. Leads are provided, and agents are not expected to make cold calls or generate their own leads. The opportunity is 100% remote and offers flexible calling opportunities between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with Monday–Sunday availability, including weekends. Compensation is $20 per enrollment, with weekly pay and no chargebacks. The posting also advertises compensation of $200–$600+ per day and lists a range of $200–$600 per week.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license.
• Active 2026 Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) certification; required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
