About The Position

The company is hiring Spanish-speaking, licensed health insurance agents for the upcoming Affordable Care Act Open Enrollment Season. Agents help Spanish-speaking consumers navigate health insurance options and enroll in coverage in a high-volume sales environment. The position is 100% remote and includes provided leads, inbound calls, and no cold calling. Compensation is $20 per enrollment, with weekly pay and uncapped earning potential based on performance. Calling opportunities are available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with availability Monday through Sunday, including weekends.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license.
• Active 2026 Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) certification.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional work-from-home environment.
• Commitment to following ACA, CMS, and carrier compliance requirements.
