NOW HIRING SPANISH SPEAKING ACA HEALTH INSURANCE AGENTS
About The Position
Hiring Spanish-speaking licensed health insurance agents for the upcoming Affordable Care Act (ACA) Open Enrollment Season. Agents help Spanish-speaking consumers find health insurance coverage in a high-volume sales environment. The position provides unlimited leads, handles inbound calls only, and does not require cold calling. It is 100% remote, with flexible calling opportunities between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM and availability Monday through Sunday, including weekends. Compensation is $20 per enrollment, with weekly pay and uncapped performance-based earning potential. An active 2026 Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) certification is required.
Requirements
- Active health insurance license.
- Active 2026 Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) certification.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional work-from-home environment.
- Commitment to following ACA, CMS, and carrier compliance requirements.
