About The Position

Guidepost Montessori is hiring Spanish Assistant Guides for its Folsom school. The Assistant Guide supports a mixed-age Montessori classroom serving toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years and children ages 3 to 6. The role helps create a calm, engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

The Assistant Guide helps prepare and maintain intentional learning spaces and supports children through individualized and small-group activities with respect, patience, and care. The role also helps children develop confidence and independence while collaborating with Lead Guides and other team members, and building relationships with children and families. Fully sponsored Montessori diploma training, professional development, and mentorship are offered.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 1.5–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required.
