About The Position

Guidepost Montessori is hiring a Spanish Assistant Guide for its school in Folsom. The role supports a mixed-age Montessori classroom serving toddlers ages 1.5–3 and children ages 3–6. Assistant Guides help create a calm, engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. They help prepare intentional learning spaces and support individualized and small-group activities with respect, patience, and care, helping children develop confidence and independence.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 1.5–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach; prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required.
