This role involves gathering, analyzing, and coordinating customer space and occupancy requirements. The Space Planner will assist government personnel in identifying and resolving immediate and future space planning and occupancy needs. Key activities include performing field measurements, validating existing facility conditions, conducting space audits, and resolving spatial challenges. The position requires developing and modifying space layouts using AutoCAD and Revit, reviewing architectural drawings, and coordinating projects with various teams and stakeholders. The Space Planner will also prepare recommendations, generate reports using ARCHIBUS, maintain accurate records, and support planning studies. Facilitating meetings, preparing communications for senior leadership, and managing multiple projects simultaneously are also core responsibilities. Travel, both domestic and international, may be required.
