The Space Planner will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and coordinating customer space and occupancy requirements. This role involves assisting government personnel in identifying and resolving space planning and occupancy needs, performing field measurements, and validating facility conditions. The Space Planner will conduct space audits to verify occupancy, utilization, and space allocation, and resolve spatial challenges. Development and modification of space layouts using AutoCAD and Revit, review of architectural drawings, and coordination with various teams are key aspects of this position. The role also includes preparing recommendations, generating reports using ARCHIBUS, maintaining space records, and supporting planning studies. Facilitating meetings, preparing communications for senior leadership, and managing multiple projects are also required. Domestic and international travel may be necessary.
