Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a spa, hospitality, hotel, or resort environment.
  • Strong customer service and professional communication skills (verbal, written, phone).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient with computers, booking systems, and POS software.
  • Highly organized, detailed, and adaptable.
  • Professional, flexible, and positive outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a leadership team.
  • Ability to perform physical job requirements, including standing, bending, reaching, and sensory awareness of guest needs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • Compliance with occupational safety and health practices.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily spa operations, leading on-shift staff, and ensuring seamless guest service from check-in to check-out.
  • Providing exceptional guest service, including tours, appointment scheduling, POS transactions, and issue resolution.
  • Supporting guests across the spa, retail, and fitness areas to ensure cohesive experience.
  • Maintaining a calm, welcoming, and professional spa environment.
  • Supervising spa host and service provider staff during assigned shifts; assigning duties and ensuring service standards.
  • Training team members on spa software, booking systems, POS, and guest service procedures.
  • Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Assuming additional leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Spa Director.
  • Participating in Spa Leadership Team meetings and monthly Spa Roundtables.
  • Supporting business initiatives such as marketing tools, promotional materials, website content, newsletters, or system management as needed.
  • Upholding organizational policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
