About The Position

As a Spa Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining membership sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the benefits of massage therapy. Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
• Able to work flexible days and hours
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
• Weekend availability is a must

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal membership sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests

• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Perform various other duties as assigned
