About The Position
Hand & Stone Spa in Kildeer is looking for outgoing, professional and goal-oriented Spa Sales Associates to join our growing team! This is not a summer seasonal position, we are looking for someone for the long term.
Requirements
- Previous membership sales and customer service experience preferred
- Driven to achieve both personal and spa sales goals
- Energetic and enjoy working with people
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to gain knowledge of products and services
- Must be professional at all times with clients
- Possess strong phone and computer skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the spa
- Weekend availability is required
Responsibilities
- Greet clients upon arrival
- Check clients in/out for services while providing excellent customer service
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Educate/Promote the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program
- Customize services for clients to match their needs
- Sell gift cards and spa packages
- Promote member retention
- Meet personal and spa sales goals
- Effectively communicating client concerns with management
