About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring energetic Spa Sales Associates who thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments and enjoy helping clients commit to wellness through massage and facial memberships. This is not just a front desk job — this is a membership sales and guest experience role with strong earning potential and advancement opportunities. The Spa Sales Associate / Membership Sales Representative will be responsible for selling massage and facial memberships, explaining benefits, recommending services, and following up with potential members. They will also be responsible for keeping the spa booked by calling, texting, and following up with guests to fill openings, confirming appointments, reducing cancellations, and encouraging pre-booking. Additionally, they will handle front desk duties such as greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience
• Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
• Comfortable using booking software and POS systems
• Availability during peak business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sell massage and facial memberships to guests
• Explain membership benefits confidently and professionally
• Recommend services, upgrades, and wellness plans
• Follow up with potential members and inactive guests
• Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings

• Help maximize therapist and esthetician schedules
