Requirements

Excellent sales and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years old or older
Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts
Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed membership, gift card, and other sales goals
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
Book appointments, greet guests and balance the daily schedule
Keep the rooms and common areas looking great — clean, professional, and comfortable
Bring a positive and energetic attitude
Highly professional in appearance and attitude
Strong team player able to also work independently
