Requirements

Current state Nail Technician/Cosmetology license in good standing.
Previous experience in a salon, spa, resort, or similar environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of sanitation and infection-control procedures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.
Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, gel services, and other nail treatments as qualified and licensed.
Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with state regulations and spa standards.
Properly sanitize and disinfect tools and equipment between guests.
Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, products, and services.
Provide a warm, professional, and personalized guest experience.
Maintain accurate service records and follow spa policies and procedures.
Recommend appropriate retail products and additional services when beneficial to the guest.
Work collaboratively with other spa and salon team members.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and presentation of the nail and spa areas.
