This role ensures exceptional guest experiences through high-quality treatments, strong service standards, and strict adherence to sanitation protocols.

Requirements

Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, nail art, and French manicure techniques
Ability to communicate effectively, manage guest expectations, and deliver a positive spa experience
Precision in nail shaping, polish application, and artistic design
Current State of Texas Nail Technician or Cosmetology License required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills for scheduling and service tracking

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a salon, spa, or freelance setting preferred
Strong knowledge of nail health and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Responsibilities

Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and specialty treatments
Provide hand and foot massage techniques to enhance guest relaxation
Maintain appointment schedules and deliver services within designated timeframes
Educate guests on services and recommend products to support retail goals
Follow all sanitation, sterilization, and safety standards in compliance with state regulations and resort policies
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations and equipment
Collaborate with spa team members to ensure outstanding guest service
