About The Position

As a Spa Host at Bellagio, you’ll welcome guests as they begin their wellness experience and help create a relaxing, memorable atmosphere. You’ll understand guests’ needs, take ownership of their experience, and provide professional, friendly service. The role includes maintaining spa facilities and locker areas, assisting guests with spa amenities, helping book services, handling a daily cash bank, and promoting treatments and retail products.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

• Guest service experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in a spa or salon setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, keeping them stocked, tidy, and sanitary.
• Assist guests with the use of saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
• Assist guests in booking spa services using spa software and direct them to appointments.
• Manage the cash bank daily.
• Maintain knowledge of spa and salon services, products, and booking software.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
