About the role: We are looking for a Boutique Facilitator, Host who is passionate about providing the highest standards of service to facilitate and support the client journey in our Boutiques. This position plays a critical role in being the first client interaction, greeting clients warmly and maintaining the flow of traffic. The Boutique Facilitator, Host will also assist other members of the boutique to maximize client-facing time and will support all areas of the Boutique as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
• Understanding of, and passion for client experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Moves with pace and energy while maintaining attention to detail
• A people person who can work both independently and with others
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays

Nice To Haves

• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
• Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival and sharing relevant information regarding health and safety protocols
• Leverage tools and processes to help manage client wait times and appointments
• Assist clients by answering questions and helping facilitate a seamless experience to bridge the wait time and time in boutique
• Maintain flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels
• Proactively communicate what the client should expect in terms of wait time, in-boutique experience, etc, setting realistic expectations with clients
• Facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique
• Receive inventory
• Ship product to support sales to ensure optimal client service
