About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Spa Guest Services Agent to help create seamless and memorable spa experiences. The agent proactively welcomes guests and is knowledgeable about the treatments, products, services, pricing, and scheduling offered by the spa. The position facilitates an efficient, friendly, and warm guest experience, including greeting guests, providing facility tours, managing check-in and checkout, and handling billing for services. The agent informs guests about spa services, classes, packages, therapies, and medical treatments; answers phones; coordinates reservation details; and completes thorough, timely follow-through with attention to detail.

Requirements

Oral and written proficiency in English.
A superior sense of organization and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Patience.
Strong communication skills with coworkers and guests.
Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel knowledge.
Previous computer knowledge.
Ability to recognize repeat guests who visit the spa by name.

Responsibilities

Facilitate a seamless guest experience in an efficient, friendly, and warm manner.
Greet guests upon arrival and provide tours of the facility.
Check guests in and out and handle billing for services performed.
Inform guests about services, classes, packages, spa therapies, and medical treatments.
Answer phones quickly and efficiently.
Coordinate reservation details and book guests' reservations proficiently and in a timely manner.
Complete thorough and timely follow-through with a focus on detail.
