The experience extends beyond traditional spa offerings. Guests also have access to Terrane (formerly Infused Med Spa + IV), which blends wellness, aesthetics, and science through advanced medical aesthetic treatments and IV therapy, as well as Bayside Salon, offering precision haircuts, color, and special occasion styling tailored to enhance each guest’s natural look. Together, these services create a comprehensive wellness and beauty destination—ideal for weekend getaways, post-golf recovery, or relaxation after a day of meetings or time on the lake. Position Summary The Spa Guest Experience Concierge is the primary point of contact at Bayside Spa & Fitness, responsible for creating a seamless and elevated guest experience. This role manages reception operations, appointment scheduling, and retail support, with occasional coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Open and close spa and fitness facilities according to standard procedures
  • Welcome guests and ensure efficient check-in and check-out
  • Schedule, adjust, and cancel appointments accurately
  • Recommend services, packages, and retail products
  • Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, salon, and med spa offerings
  • Conduct facility tours and assist with guest inquiries
  • Uphold service standards to deliver a consistently exceptional experience
