About The Position

The Spa Guest Attendant provides a dedicated presence in relaxation lounges, amenity areas, and locker rooms. The role maintains a serene atmosphere and delivers personalized, detail-oriented service to create a restorative and memorable guest experience while demonstrating genuine Ozarks Hospitality. The attendant performs duties under direct supervision using established policies and procedures, and work is reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

2–4 years of guest-facing customer service experience.
Food safety permit; must be able to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
Professional, warm communication and a calm, polished demeanor.
Exceptional attention to detail and guest-service instincts.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks, including stocking and resetting spaces.
Availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
Regularly stand and walk; occasionally sit and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge and customer service skills suited to luxury hospitality or spa environments.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly by name and provide a personalized arrival experience.
Escort guests to the appropriate men’s or women’s locker room and help them navigate comfortably.
Assist guests with locker access and orientation, unlock lockers, and restock as needed.
Offer beverages, warm neck wraps, towels, and other comforts while anticipating guest needs.
Care for the relaxation rooms, hot pool, steam room, sauna, showers, and locker room spaces.
Replenish toiletries, bath and body products, linens, robes, slippers, and other amenities throughout the day.
Maintain cleanliness and a tranquil ambiance in line with five-star standards.
Monitor assigned spa areas, including upstairs spaces, for readiness, safety, and maintenance needs, and promptly escalate concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
