About The Position
The Spa Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all appointments within the spa, maintaining knowledge of spa services and products, and ensuring the spa facility is maintained throughout the shift. This role also involves cashiering duties for services and retail, answering incoming calls, and escorting guests to and from treatments. The Spa Coordinator is expected to provide excellent customer service and contribute to creating exceptional experiences for guests.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong telephone skills
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
- Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
- Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
- Escort guests to and from treatments
- Cashiering duties for services and retail
- Answer all incoming calls
- Other duties as assigned
