About The Position

As a Spa Concierge, you are an ambassador of the Woodhouse brand and help create an exceptional guest experience. You welcome guests warmly and professionally, provide orientation to changing rooms and spa areas, assist with appointment scheduling, and respond to guest needs. You help keep the spa clean, organized, welcoming, and beautifully presented, including stocking changing rooms and lounges and replenishing amenities. You maintain knowledge of Woodhouse services, policies, and offerings, and complete required training to remain proficient in the role. The role offers training, support, and opportunities for growth in a luxury spa environment. The schedule may be full-time (32–40 hours per week) or part-time (20–32 hours per week), with evening and weekend availability required. Schedules are set by the General Manager according to spa operations. Compensation is $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure.
• Provide guests with a polished, professional orientation to changing rooms and spa areas.
• Assist guests with scheduling appointments efficiently and knowledgeably.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and provide thoughtful solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and beautifully presented spa environment.
• Keep changing rooms and lounge areas stocked and guest-ready by replenishing amenities and removing used towels, robes, dishes, and other items.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Woodhouse Spa services, policies, and offerings.
• Complete required training and maintain proficiency in the responsibilities and expectations of the Concierge role.
