Spa Concierge - Hospitality
About The Position
As a Spa Concierge, you are an ambassador of the Woodhouse brand and an essential part of creating an exceptional guest experience. You welcome guests warmly and professionally while helping ensure that the spa consistently reflects Woodhouse’s elevated standards. The role includes assisting with appointments, responding to guest needs, maintaining clean and well-stocked guest areas, and developing knowledge of spa services, policies, and offerings. Required training must be completed, and proficiency in the responsibilities and expectations of the Concierge role must be maintained. Woodhouse describes its team culture as grounded in respect, professionalism, teamwork, and positivity. Training, support, and tools are provided, and opportunities for growth are available. The schedule may be full-time (32–40 hours per week) or part-time (20–32 hours per week), with evening and weekend availability required. Schedules are determined by the General Manager according to spa operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure.
- Provide a polished, professional orientation to changing rooms and spa areas.
- Assist guests with scheduling appointments efficiently, confidently, and knowledgeably.
- Respond promptly to guest needs and provide thoughtful solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and beautifully presented spa environment.
- Keep changing rooms and lounge areas stocked and guest-ready, replenishing amenities and removing used towels, robes, dishes, and other items.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Woodhouse Spa services, policies, and offerings.
- Complete required training and maintain proficiency in the responsibilities and expectations of the Concierge role.
