About The Position

The Spa Attendant helps provide a five-star guest experience and build customer loyalty by maintaining the spa’s laundry, relaxation area, changing rooms, and dining items. The role requires attention to detail, organization, multitasking, a welcoming manner, and frequent communication with the hospitality team. The Woodhouse provides training in “The Woodhouse Way” and supports team members as they develop their skills and grow.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure a five-star experience for all guests.
• Welcome guests with a smile.
• Manage laundry, the relaxation area, and changing rooms simultaneously.
• Ensure clean, fresh laundry is available for guests and service providers.
• Use the tools and products needed to maintain fresh laundry.
• Maintain a well-appointed, serene relaxation area.
• Keep changing rooms spotless and well-stocked.
• Ensure glassware, dinnerware, and utensils are spotless and ready for use.
• Communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed expectations.
• Ensure work areas comply with Woodhouse standards and represent the brand.
