About The Position

Spa Attendants provide the highest level of customer service to ensure a smooth welcome and departure for all guests as well as maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout combined Spa and Fitness areas. Spa Attendants respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

Requirements

CPR, First Aid Certified preferred.
At least six month’s experience in Luxury hospitality environment or equivalent.
Previous experience within Housekeeping or Spa industry preferred.
Candidates must possess valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Set-up and maintain Spa and Fitness areas including refreshments.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa and Fitness services.
Guide guests to their appointments as they relate to Spa and Fitness offerings.
Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities throughout the Spa and Fitness areas in order to maintain immaculate presentation of these items.
Retrieve linens from laundry and maintain locker room set up; return used linen to laundry.
Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary, Staff Room, and Spa Reception.
Enforce Spa and Fitness rules and regulations for all adult and junior guests.
Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest Experience database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided in the Spa and Fitness areas.
