Requirements

  • Aircraft maintenance technician with a minimum of 10 years of experience in assembly, inspection, test benches, or aircraft maintenance or a bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new IT platforms.
  • Good understanding of turbine engine operation and aircraft systems.
  • Very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for after-sales technical service, including emergency support for grounded aircraft, as well as basic technical consultations and maintenance.
  • Provide technical, logistical, and commercial assistance for issues affecting P&WC engines in operation, ensuring fleet availability.
  • Work closely with other P&WC organizations and external suppliers to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
  • Document and track the progress of each case through the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for all customer interactions, from initiation to closure.
  • Follow up with customers on reported issues to restore grounded aircraft to service within 24 hours.
  • Respond effectively and efficiently to all urgent customer requests.
  • Initiate contact with relevant P&WC groups during AOG or urgent situations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leverage their expertise and experience to deepen your knowledge of P&WC products.
  • Be a key player in fulfilling workforce needs when required.
