In this strategic role, you will work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external clients, including institutional investors, private capital, high-net-worth individuals, and developers. You will be responsible for driving the business line and property marketing strategy by working closely with your designated brokerage teams from start to finish. This position offers the opportunity to create innovative marketing solutions that resonate with local market nuances while contributing directly to JLL's business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, driven, and analytical, with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience, with emphasis on marketing within the professional services realm
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design and working with Adobe CC suite of programs, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience translating business needs and challenges into marketing solutions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to work in a team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both oral and written
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demanding workloads

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate industry experience
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools, Eloqua preferred
  • Advanced familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite including InDesign
  • Creative, "big picture" thinking abilities
  • Positive, can-do attitude in the face of complication or adversity with high level of resourcefulness
  • Comfortable and confident in conducting client presentations
  • Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-centric go-to-market strategies, plan and engage stakeholders to ensure business goals are met
  • Ideate and initiate relevant marketing programs that resonate with local business line nuances and drive sales
  • Concept and execute all property marketing initiatives using branded JLL templates, including new business pitching, presentations, proposals, RFPs, brochures, and campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive suite of baseline collateral and templates including statistics, rankings, case studies, and presentations
  • Manage and update lists for property email and direct email campaigns, segmenting client and prospective client audiences based on needs and preferences
  • Monitor and report on all locally initiated and executed marketing activities, measuring performance metrics to improve future strategies
  • Actively collaborate with Marketing & Brokerage Support Team, Design Hub, Brokerage Coordinators, and peers regionally and nationally
