About The Position

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist who wants to make a real impact. As the right hand to the VP of Marketing, you will help bring our B2B solutions to market, drive a variety of projects, and contribute directly to the company's growth. If you enjoy creating content as much as launching campaigns, coordinating projects, and seeing your ideas turn into results, this role is for you.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally gained in the B2B software or SaaS industry.
• Advanced HubSpot expertise required (CRM, emails, workflows, campaigns, and automation).
• Proven experience managing marketing projects from planning through execution, with strong writing skills in both French and English.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation; comfortable with WordPress or another CMS.
• A proactive, self-starter profile: autonomous, curious, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment.

Nice To Haves

• knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, creative tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud), and a strong interest in AI and B2B technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of marketing projects, from concept through delivery.
• Create engaging marketing content: web pages, emails, presentations, case studies, LinkedIn campaigns, articles, and sales enablement tools.
• Design, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns in HubSpot, managing workflows, forms, lists, and automations.
• Update and optimize our website content on WordPress, and contribute to new product launches.
• Organize and coordinate the company's presence at trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Collaborate with the Product, Sales, Design, and Development teams, measure campaign results, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
