About The Position

Reporting to the Data Director and mentored by a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in strengthening our business intelligence offering. As a Marketing Analytics Specialist, we are looking for a curious and proactive individual, ready to transform data into strategic marketing decisions. You will ensure the smooth running of various marketing and digital projects. You will be called upon to create decision-support tools, carry out impactful marketing analyses, and propose new product or service ideas to bring to market for our clients.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in tracking, tagging, and web data
  • Proficiency in Universal Analytics and GA4 (tracking + reporting)
  • Knowledge of cross-device, cross-subdomain, and cross-domain tracking
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio
  • Proficiency in GTM
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business intelligence, data, or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, as the role involves working with a portion of our client base located in Ontario

Responsibilities

  • Bring our digital marketing campaign data to life
  • Collect, clean, and structure data from various sources (CRM, advertising platforms, web analytics, social media)
  • Perform digital marketing campaign performance analyses (ROI, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and formulate concrete recommendations
  • Create and present data visualizations
  • Support the Data Science team on mandates
  • Create and manage customized decision-support tools for each client
  • Guide clients in bringing new value-added ideas to fruition
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Conduct audience and segmentation analyses to optimize marketing campaign targeting
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor performance
  • Implement and track marketing KPIs in collaboration with client teams
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of tracking setups (Google Tag Manager, GA4, advertising pixels)
  • Simplify and communicate analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Support new employees during their onboarding
