As an MRO Performance Optimization Specialist, you play a key role in optimizing the cost and performance of engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities. You manage cost and scope execution across assigned engine events, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, customer expectations, and commercial objectives. Acting as a central interface between shop operations, engineering, finance, supply chain, and customer teams, you translate technical realities into informed operational and business decisions. You drive execution through proactive communication, timely escalation, and strong cross-functional alignment, while supporting Customer Managers with the insights needed to manage both customer relationships and financial performance. This role is part of a newly established team supporting a broader organizational transformation.
