About The Position

This role is responsible for preparing and assembling food for staff, cleaning interior rooms on the farm, and performing production data entry. The coordinator will work closely with staff needs within the job description and help maintain PIPESTONE core values throughout the farm. The position is based in a farm office setting with exposure to livestock areas and an agricultural swine environment in rural areas. Noise levels may require hearing protection in some areas.

Requirements

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Ability to acquire food safety certification
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to work and meetings assigned

Responsibilities

Communicating effectively verbally and in writing as appropriate to the needs of the audience
Act as a mentor to help build healthy relationships with the team
Maintain meal plan within a monthly and per person budget
Create meal plan for one month in advance
Prep and cook lunch Monday -- Friday with leftovers prepared/portioned for weekend staff
General cleaning of interior spaces of the farm
Sort, wash, dry, fold and organize daily laundry
Monitor inventory and order supplies for food prep and kitchen needs
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Data entry and ability to work with company computer programs
Help with general tasks in the barn as needed, including wean room prep and supply room cleaning/organizing
Picking up groceries
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
