The Southeast Regional Black Campus Ministry (BCM) Coordinator provides specialized leadership for the development and expansion of Black Campus Ministry across the region. This role gives strategic attention to the spiritual formation, leadership development, and ministry effectiveness among Black students and Intervarsity staff, ensuring that BCM expressions are culturally grounded, theologically rich, and aligned with InterVarsity’s mission of witnessing communities on campus. The BCM Coordinator functions as a regional resource, coach, and ministry builder for Black student ministry across Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and predominantly White institutions (PWIs). This includes shaping regional vision for BCM, equipping staff and student leaders, and fostering sustainable ministry structures that lead to long-term growth and multiplication of Black witnessing communities.
