About The Position

The Southeast Regional Director collaborates with community leaders to create pathways for navigating change and building durable local and regional economies. Using a problem-driven approach, the Southeast Regional Director helps communities uncover root challenges, remove obstacles, and develop the skills, resources, and systems needed to strengthen economic resilience unique to their circumstances. This role works in close collaboration with fellow WBC team members while cultivating and broadening relationships with partners, businesses, and local leaders. Serving as a trusted guide and connector, the Southeast Regional Director inspires progress, nurtures collaboration, and steers communities toward new possibilities.
