As a Global Client Advocate and Strategic Client Engagement Leader within Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), you will be responsible for driving new business development through proactive prospecting, generating expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and contributing to the overall financial performance of CRB NA. This includes managing and retaining a portfolio of Fortune 1000 clients, deploying resources efficiently to ensure profitability, and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including risk buyers. This role is focused on a portfolio of assigned large and/or complex clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include account planning, pricing strategy, client profitability, and delivering exceptional service as the primary point of contact within CRB. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally—working with the Head of Client Service on performance metrics (KPIs), turnaround times, quality standards, adoption metrics, and compliance requirements. You will also partner closely with leaders across Industry, Placement, Risk & Analytics, and Geography to support and advance our Specialization Strategy.
