This role is for a growing organization with a driven, supportive, growth-minded culture, seeking someone passionate about building new distributor relationships and providing top-tier customer service. The purpose of the South-Gulf Regional Manager role is to lead, manage, and oversee the sales and market management activities in Stego’s South-Gulf Sales Region, in contribution to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Commercial – Central Subdivision, Sales Division, and Company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
  • 4+ years of sales experience (required)
  • Demonstrated track record of meaningfully contributing to profitability and market share growth (required)
  • Ability to communicate frequently on a daily basis by phone or video conference
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and remain in a stationary position to work on a computer for prolonged periods
  • Physical ability to travel to attend customer, team, company and industry meetings and events

  • Construction, manufacturing, design, or technical experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Central Regional Vice President to identify, develop, and implement strategic plans for the achievement of individual and South-Gulf Region goals and objectives.
  • Ensure internal cross-collaboration and utilization of Company resources to achieve shared objectives.
  • Manage, lead, and oversee the Region’s distribution and contractor relationships, and sales and market management strategies, processes, operations, and overall goal achievement.
  • Lead the achievement of the Region’s goals and objectives through effective processes, critical thinking, problem solving, and strategy implementation.
  • Actively and consistently utilize Stego’s CRM, project lead generation system, and other internal resources per Company policy to identify, develop, and maximize demand creation opportunities and customer relationships.
  • Ensure data-driven post-analysis of achievements and opportunities for growth using KPIs/BI tools.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with key distribution contacts in the Region, providing technical training and attending distributor events, as necessary, and providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Send project leads to relevant distribution contacts as necessary.
  • Determine, communicate, manage, and modify, as necessary, distributor product pricing levels, in close collaboration with the South-Central Regional Director.
  • Upon identifying projects with potential for Stego’s products, communicate with the distribution network to ensure Stego projects are bid appropriately.
  • Meet with distributors to promote Stego’s products and nurture customer relationships.
  • Conduct in person and virtual meetings with general and concrete contractors to market and create demand for Stego’s products.
  • Conduct and attend in person and virtual meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and other trade association events to market and create demand for Stego’s products.
  • Support specification efforts, in close collaboration with Stego’s Specifications Subdivision, by providing customer support and conducting in person and virtual seminars/webinars and meetings with architecture and engineering firms, as needed.
  • Identify and track projects with potential for Stego’s products.
  • Contact general and concrete contractors to provide virtual and on-site customer support and increase product success.
  • Conduct virtual and/or in-person project site visits to support product installations, per Company policy and in furtherance of Company goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical and installation support to customers, as needed.
  • Attend regional and national tradeshows and other customer and industry events.
  • Actively engage in relevant industry groups.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and others in the industry.
  • Build strong working relationships and collaborate with other Sales Division team members, and all Stego employees.
  • Establish the Region as a respected and collaborative Company resource.
  • Support and contribute to the culture and atmosphere of the Commercial – Central team, in alignment with Stego’s Core Values.

Benefits

  • Annualized salary reasonably expected to be $80,000 - $120,000, based on experience, location, and education, plus incentive compensation of commission and bonus (annualized estimate at target up to 24-29%), monthly Auto Allowance (annualized value of $10,200), AAA membership, Life Insurance, Company contribution to health insurance premiums, and Lifestyle Spending Account (annualized value $1,500).
