The team is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef! The ideal candidate will have the following: A minimum of 1 year experience as a sous chef in a restaurant or hotel environment, 5 years minimum professional cooking experience, Prior experience in banquet or large scale cooking/catering, Familiarity and interest in modern cooking styles and techniques, Strong communication skills, Open availability and the ability to work a varied schedule. Previous experience managing within union environment is a plus. Shift Pattern: Varies, must have open availability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Pay Rate: The hourly wage for this role is $29.00 - $31.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
