About The Position
Compass at Forestview is seeking a Sous Chef to join its Dining team in Meredith, New Hampshire. The team provides customer service and a gourmet dining experience for senior residents. The Sous Chef prepares, cooks, and plates food for meals and special events, assists with ordering, and accommodates residents’ dietary needs as required. This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a cook in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Physical ability to lift trays and dishes and occasionally move dining tables and furniture.
Nice To Haves
- Food Safety certification.
Responsibilities
