Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Recruiting, Sourcing, or Executive Recruitment.
  • 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the PhD hiring landscape.
  • Technical recruiting/sourcing experience, including experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to consult, influence, and manage clients. Ability to drive efforts and projects through relationships and a broad knowledge base.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with internal partners and communicate complex analytics in a structured and clear manner.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, using "white-glove" tactics and hyper-customized outreach to convert PhD talent into active pipelines.
  • Articulate complex research value propositions tailored specifically to a candidate’s academic publications and technical background.
  • Perform technical analyses to evaluate research alignment and cultural fit before facilitating seamless recruiter hand-offs.
  • Manage the full high-touch candidate experience as the primary contact from initial sourcing through the final interview stages.
  • Meet quarterly AI hiring goals by using data to diagnose bottlenecks and partnering with leadership to optimize the interview process.
