About The Position

The Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines across a portfolio of partner companies. You will partner closely with Regional Recruiters and hiring teams to proactively identify, engage, and qualify talent before and during active searches. This role is focused on top-of-funnel activity, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Military, and Social Media channels. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in candidate outreach
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an ATS or CRM system preferred
  • Experience supporting high-volume or skilled trades recruiting environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, Military, and Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to build strong pipelines across multiple roles and regions.
  • Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain active candidate pipelines for both current and anticipated hiring needs. Ensure recruiters have access to qualified candidates at all times.
  • Recruiter Partnership: Work closely with Regional Recruiters to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and market dynamics. Align sourcing strategies to support active requisitions and future needs.
  • Candidate Outreach & Engagement: Conduct high-volume outreach to both active and passive candidates. Craft personalized messaging to drive engagement and interest.
  • Initial Candidate Screening: Perform early-stage qualification to assess basic fit, interest, and alignment before passing candidates to recruiters.
  • Applicant Management: Review inbound applicants from job boards and social platforms. Ensure timely follow-up and dispositioning within the ATS.
  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records, ensuring all activity is properly tracked and documented.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on candidate availability, market trends, and sourcing channel effectiveness to improve recruiting outcomes.
