About The Position

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Sourcing Representative to support sourcing of inbound raw materials. The role involves making daily sourcing calls across multiple sourcing options, monitoring prices and competitive market conditions, and building relationships with internal stakeholders and raw-material vendors or sources. Using available systems and programs, the representative provides actionable data and reports to field teams and management. Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills, tenacity, and a sales bias.
• Action-oriented, with the ability to execute quickly.
• Customer-focused, maintaining communication with internal and external customers and attending to their needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create buy-in from generators.
• Ability to effectively present information.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Above-average computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong team orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
• Personal drive, self-motivation, and initiative to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound raw material.
• Make daily sourcing calls using multiple sourcing options.
• Understand and monitor prices and competitive market conditions that affect sourcing.
• Build, influence, and manage internal relationships to achieve sourcing objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and sources for raw materials.
• Use available systems and programs to provide actionable data and reports to the field and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
